How to get a licence

You want to compete with the best? No problem, we'll show you how it's done. To ride in the Elite category, you need a Swiss Cycling licence.

You collect Swiss Cycling points and thus get into the national ranking.
Participation in the SES Elite category.
Participation in other regional and national competitions that require a licence is possible.
Participation in international competitions (UCI MTB World Series) is possible.
Collection of UCI MTB World Series points at the Swiss Championships.

To get a licence with Swiss Cycling you have to do the following:

Become a Swiss Cycling member. You can find detailed information about Swiss Cycling memberships here:

To buy a licence you have to indicate your club and the federation you belong to when you register.
Once you have registered, you can order a licence from your profile.
